Important notes

The small print, in plain words

  • Lumen is an existing platform, so there is no separate domain fee. Your space lives inside it under your own name.
  • Prices are in EGP and may be adjusted for additional requests — extra content, live session support, or custom features.
  • We are happy to discuss a trial period or a shorter initial commitment — bring it up on the call.
  • Your students, content and results belong to you. Pausing a subscription hides the portal; it never deletes anything.
